The best
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, and really comfortable with remote control AC units, but we didn't use them as it was not too hot this time of year (feb). WiFi was fast and reliable.
The main double bedroom off the lounge had an opening window, view over the marina and out to sea and had plenty of wardrobe space, really comfy bed, and sockets either side of the bed above the bedside tables. We didn't use the other 2 bedrooms but they were also spacious, with good storage, one twin bed room, one single.
The living room was plenty big enough, big settee/bed, large smart tv on wall swivel bracket, and a dining table with 4 chairs. Sliding doors out to the large balcony with 2 chairs and a small sofa. Great views, private not overlooked being on the top floor, and with a wind out canopy if needed.
Kitchen is quite small but has everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and hob, plus kettle and panini grill. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensils, etc.
Shower room was modern, with rainfall shower, toilet and big basin with light up mirror. Water is heated by a modern electric immersion heater. Piping hot once we worked out how to use it.
The apartment has 2 lifts to it, and a shared rooftop solarium. Also, the apartment has a separate storage room on the sane floor along the landing, with a washing machine in, plus folding chairs you can take to the beach, etc.
The apartment entrance at street level takes you out onto the promenade and across a not busy road to the marina, with plenty of cafes, bars, etc. A great Masymas supermarket is a few minutes walk away, sells everything you'd possibly need, and is really cheap compared to the UK.
All in all, would thoroughly recommend this apartment. 10 out of 10.
