Matteo is by far the best host we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for a comfortable and memorable stay. The apartment is modern, stylish, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—from air conditioning to a jacuzzi and swimming pool. And let’s not forget the beach just down the road and that view—absolutely breathtaking! What truly sets this experience apart is Matteo’s attention to detail and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even set up the TV in Polish for my parents-in-law and surprised my mother-in-law with a thoughtful birthday gesture on the day of her arrival. These personal touches made all the difference. We felt incredibly welcomed and looked after. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again, Matteo, for making our stay so amazing! <3

“Charming flat with perfect sea view”

We had a fantastic stay at Matteo's place. The appartment is well equipped and has a very high standard. Everything you need, you will find there. It is super cozy and modern. The bed was so comfortable. We loved the pillows. A highlight is the balcony with a fantastic sea view and morning sun and the jacuzzi that we used for relaxing evenings. Other than that, Matteo's hospitality is really outstanding. He proactively informed us about everything regarding our stay from check in to check out, gave us a lot of tips what to do in the area around and gave us a charming welcome. He puts a lot of love in the appartment and you can really feel it. It couldn't have been a better vacation.

The apartment is located not far from Europa Centre, it is newly decorated and lovely, this has to be the best we have stayed in on Puerto Rico,the hot tub is an added bonus and we loved it , Matteo was lovely and attentive, could not do enough for you , he is quick to respond to your questions the check in instructions were precise and easy to follow , everything went without a hitch , big tv in the bedroom as well as the living area both good quality and smart tvs , and beautiful views over the mountains and Puerto Rico
