“Enjoyable stay.”

The best

A good size 2 bed apartment in a residential area. Close to beech, bars and Marina. 10 minute walk to amenities. Very comfortable beds and fantastic views of mountains and sea. Felt a very safe area to walk around alone. New shower room and looked like recent painting and decoration. There was regularly a cleaning team in the general areas of the building. Hosts willing and attentive if I had a problem. Very much enjoyed my stay. This was an area I needed to be as wanted to be close to friends in the next block.

To be improved

This apartment is in a block of residential and holiday lets. As a result there are occupants in surrounding buildings with dogs and this could get a bit noisy at times. Generally though the evenings and nights were very quiet. The kitchen area is very small, not really great to try and make a significant meal and you could not get 2 people easily in there together. As I ate out this was not a problem for me. Finally for anyone who has mobility issues there is a moderate hill up from the marina to the apartment so you do need to be able to do a 5-10 minute up hill walk. For me alone it was an expensive stay but for a family or larger group to share would be ok.

“Easy and suprb stay in the center of Benalmadena”

The best

Large unit with 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and cozy living/diningroom on 7th floor with nice all-round view. Swimming pool available, but cool season, thus not used, but a bonus during warm months. Shopping facilities, marina with many dining options all in walking distance. Good and cheap bus connections to neighbouring towns.

To be improved

Toilet flushing system did not work efficiently, but this was pointed out to us by the hosts and we assume they will fix it.

“Cosy apartment with great view!”
