“Beautiful resort-like apartments”
The best

It's just a really beautiful place near the beach, only local tourists and us, good food at the restaurant, quiet, the apartment is very well reported for cooking and anything else you need.

Room was gorgeous and loved the comfortable bed and swim up pool

Emailed to say our flight was early and was kept waiting over 4 hours for our room which I understand policy was 3pm check in but staff didn’t offer us a drink or try and get room ready even though many other people were given rooms. Felt staff unfriendly. Swim up pool not cleaned in 10 days.. had lots of bits floating around and on the floor of the pool

The pools, staff, restaurant location and proximity to beach.

To be improved

1. Our door in the bathroom could not close the entire visit because of a frame issue that was previously reported..so, regardless when using bathroom there was no privacy. 2. The shower does not get hot, warm at best. 3. The key card does not always work. One evening , we could not get back onto property because of the malfunction of the keys for quite sometime. I eventually got a hold of a security guard who open the door.

The staff was friendly. The area was beautiful. Jose and the Katie Holmes looking staffer spoke good English.

To be improved

There was no real breakfast offer. They had vending machines but for the price, it was lacking. There were bird droppings on the furniture on the porch. There was nothing like salt or basic kitchen amenities in the kitchen.
