Great location, clean and cool (great aircon). Exactly what we needed.

To be improved

I didn’t expect to have to pay a deposit. I may not have read that this was needed but haven’t experienced it before. We had to fill in a lot of forms before which were noted as being necessary, had to pay the city tax in advance which was fine but the deposit was unusual. Had to either arrange a bank transfer of €500 or pay €500 by credit card which they included an €18 fee for doing or pay a waiver amount for €27. Just something to be aware of and it’s not something I have had to do before and I use Booking.com very frequently. Had very response contact person when I reached out about this though.
