“Friendly host, Too remote and no aircon would prevent us staying again.”
The best

The apartment was very clean and lots of room. No air conditioning in either bedroom which meant that we had to pull the mattress off the bed and sleep on the living room floor which was the only room with aircon. This was an issue which made sleeping uncomfortable.
