“Loved the hotel and the location. We hope to come back”

The best

The quality and choice of the breakfast was very good. All the staff, especially the front desk were exceptional. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of coffee pods in the room was nice.. and the chocolate each day. Lovely fresh towels.

To be improved

The wardrobe was very inadequate for a week alls for ladies long clothes. My clothes were hanging out the wardrobe all week. No drawers either, we lived out of the suitcases. The coffee at breakfast was horrible. There was often a problem with the machines also. A few mornings we found the hot food was actually cold. One morning we reported it and it seems the warmer was either off or on low. All the trays were full and it was all returned to the kitchen. It was too late by the time it all came back. As we said while we were there, we found the beach club so expensive. It’s ok if you’re on a short visit but we went four times, we had one day given at a discount but we spent a lot and bought from the shop, massage etc. one day we had to pay for taxis also as the shuttle service was off.

“A must stay in Palma - couldn't rate it more highly!”

The best

The whole experience was just fabulous - the staff on our arrival were so friendly, they offered us a glass of champagne and checked us in really quickly. All of the staff were so friendly throughout our stay, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. We had no complaints at all, the bed were so comfortable too - literally nothing but positive feedback.
