“An amazing experience in a beautiful city.”

Breakfast was left outside our door in a lovely glass dish. Huge platter of fresh fruit, jam, butter milk etc in the fridge The suite was both very stylish AND very functional with every need catered for. Plug points next to the bed, amazing kitchen area that had been well thought out, Fabulous location. Elevator. Great communication. Air conditioning. I could go on and on ….! Yes, we had to park a bit away but it’s situated in a lovely pedestrian area just along from the Cathedral

“Fantastic location and lovey room, great for a short stay in Leon”

Location excellent - right on the main street, no more than 300-400m from all the key attractions. Excellent communication from host on booking.com, then closer to our arrival on WhatsApp. Responded very quickly, and answered all questions. Gave excellent advice on restaurants and parking. Breakfast provided in dridge, with fresh bread/croissants delivered outside door early morning.

To be improved

There was a very small table-top oven which could be used to heat a couple of croissants or make toast, but wd be better with a toaster. No oven, but not sure most people would need that with so many good restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Took a while to work out how to use the shower - but that's the case in most places!

Purple dog suites are arguably the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Everything is great and incredible value for money. The decor , balcony, cleanliness, location all fantastic . Breakfast is an abundance of fruit, croissants, chorizo, fresh orange juice and coffee. Highly recommend this property. One point to note - is be careful if you park in the open air car park over the weekend. There is a market on Saturday and the police will tow your car away.

“Avoid this place at all costs. They changed the access code without informing us and refused to let us back in. When we complained that there was only one bed despite the listing clearly stating accommodation for four, they threatened to call the police. We were forced to leave the apartment, and to this day I haven’t received any refund. Completely unacceptable behavior and service. · Cons: The location was central and the interior looked charming at first, but unfortunately the experience was ruined by the unacceptable treatment and lack of basic hospitality.”
