“Good location but over priced and noisy.”

Positives. Location very near the beach. Clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Nice arrival gifts of beer, water and soaps. Kid friendly, lots to do, pádel court and basketball. Easter stay meant was not overrun by tourists. Locals and Spanish mainly. Would go back to the town.

To be improved

Negatives. Way too expensive given the service and provisions. Waiting 1.5h to be let in, and an hour later than the latest arrival time provided. No apologies. Main issue is that the apartment lacks maintenance: the window to the children's room opens onto the shared hallway and did not lock (outer shutter did lock), so a security concern; fittings such as cupboards and a plug not maintained, took photos as a precaution in case of unfair charges, it happens. They called me about noise, twice, when it was the neighbours upstairs shouting on their balcony and we had made one of the complaints. Customer service is polite but inefficient. Not enough hot water for even one shower. Dish sets incomplete. Also, zero privacy. Balconies look directly into other people's apartments.
