“Modern apartment with potential but poor service and hygiene issues made for an uncomfortable stay.”

The best

The apartment looks modern and stylish, exactly as shown in the photos. The location in central Granada was convenient and the duplex layout with private terrace was nice.

To be improved

Strong sewage smell throughout the apartment that disrupted sleep, no basic amenities provided (toilet paper, tissues, soap, shampoo), promised supplies were never delivered, and no response to address the odor issue despite reporting it.
