We walked with our bags from train station to the hotel address and was told that the apartment is at a different location. It took us another 10 minutes to get to the apartment complex. We had trouble finding the right entrance and then the access code didn't work. I had to call the recepcionist to fix the access. The complex has a gate which requires unlocking both entering and leaving. The day we were leaving, we had to send two people over to the gate to unlock the gate, leaving one person to guard the open gate and sending one person back to drop the key back at the apartment. Remember if you leave after 11 am the designated checkout time, you must leave a person at the apartment so you can re-enter and drop off the key inside the apartment.

The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke throughout, and we are non smokers. It was inconvenient to have to go to a different location to pick up the key, and although it was easy to walk to different sights from the apartment, the parking location was Inconvenient especially with luggage to tow.
