Perfect Location and staff were really helpful and friendly

The location was excellent. Very fun area. Also, the bathroom was great. Lots of counter space and a great shower.

The staff at Quatro are excellent. Knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. The Puerto del Sol location is convenient to the Prado, other outstanding museums, spacious parks with playgrounds for children, and public transportation. The breakfast was delicious, healthy, and ample. The hotel could improve in a number of areas, specifically, the mattress was old and should be replaced. The shower controls are not intuitive and a user guide would be helpful as would grab bars. Regrettably, at times the toilet and sink emitted sewer gas. Overall, staying at the Quatro was positive experience and I would return in a flash.

They will fix your bed with the same bed sheets. I had to ask for fresh sheet and change it myself🤦‍♀️. Really nice people at the reception desk. It was a single room (small but comfortable for one person) but can hear people next room ,

Great location right next to Puerta del Sol, perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. The room was clean and comfortable, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, though it could have had more variety. Overall, a very good choice for tourists visiting the city.
