Nothing

We were informed just a few hours before check-in that the washing machine was broken, which wasn’t ideal. On arrival, we noticed the stove was cracked too, it worked, but still not something you'd expect in a prepared rental. At first glance, the flat appeared clean, but within minutes our socks were black from the floor, and I ended up mopping it myself. The ceramic wall tiles had strange handprints as well. Plates and cups hadn’t been properly washed, and the kitchen sponge was so filthy we had to buy a new one. Pans and knives were very worn and showed signs of corrosion, not exactly kitchen-ready. The linen was synthetic and not very comfortable. The owner did stop by the next day to take measurements for replacing the broken appliances, which we appreciated but oddly gave out our phone number for a delivery, so we had to handle that ourselves. Overall, the apartment felt neglected and not properly prepared for guests, which is a shame, because with a bit of effort it could be much better.
