The location is really good, it is my second time in this place, it is close to everything, even if the neighborhood is loud there is good sound proof, at least in this room I stayed.

To be improved

I think it would be good to have smart TVs, because the TV feels a bit useless for entertaining or distraction at the end of the day, only 2 or 3 channels worked and was pretty bad. Also something I didn't love is the shower, I had the same problem the first time, there is a lot of water leakage of the door, it is inevitable to not make a mess whenever you shower. I would also improve the service of cleaning to an everyday basis as a hotel, based on the price, I think is worth it.

A truly beautiful property in an ideal location, right in the heart of the lively Chueca neighborhood in Madrid. The building is an elegant, well-maintained historic property, and the entire second floor, dedicated to the Airbnb, has been thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. The rooms are new, very well equipped, and exactly as described. They are listed as 12 m², but they actually feel even more spacious. A place I would return to without hesitation and that I warmly recommend!

To be improved

If I had to mention one small thing, it would be the absence of a bedside table and a chair in bedroom 2 — but everything else was absolutely perfect.
