“Amazing stay, comfortable and clean”
The best

The apartment is modern, nice and very clean. We found everything we needed for cooking, cleaning and sleeping. Position on the map is perfect since the apartment is in the middle of two metro station (Ascao and Quintana), making it very easy to travel around the city.

To be improved

Just one thing I did not appreciate so much (even though it is not a big deal). In the bathroom there wasn’t any spot to hang up the towels. Fortunately, there is an open-wardrobe in the same room, allowing to place the towels not too far away from the shower

Clean, bright. Comfortable. Well-located for grocery shopping, transport.

To be improved

We could have had better pans. We did get locked out because the door lock failed. Staff came out to rectify the problem.

The best

The apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s great that it was near the metro station and in a quiet place. The kitchen is small but it was equipped with all necessary stuff including washing machine.

The location was alright, it was easy to move around

To be improved

The towels were dirty and when we mentioned it we were told it was damaga but definitely not dirty, so we put them in the wash and miracle, the stains had come off. When we mentioned this, we were told we were going to receive fresh towels, which never happened. There also was no air conditioning, even though the listing said it did, when we mentioned tihs, we got a vague apology.
