“Facilities were clean and good located next to the beach but unfortunately you get tricked when you book seafront”
The best

Cleanliness, quality of breakfast, stray cat living there, close to the beach. Staff lady (Sophie or some name like that) was very kind and helpful.

To be improved

Booked a sea view apartment with the filter “beachfront”. The room was not what we were expecting at all. No beach front at all. Some of the hotel stuff were walking around with a grim face and one younger reception lady with glasses refused to check for another room (with seafront) for us and said annoyed things behind my back to her colleague on Spanish. She didn’t know I was able to understand her. We could have booked much cheaper locations with the same view. We are a bit sad that we spend that much money for expecting a beach front apartment. Not really worth it.

The hotel is nice and quite modern.

To be improved

Unfortunately, we couldn’t get any rest during our stay. Due to a major architectural flaw, the wind howls through the corridors and the entire building — the noise is so intense that even earplugs don’t help. It’s absolutely unbearable at night. The breakfast was decent but quite boring.

“Beautiful and comfortable stay.”
The best

The property was beautiful and the staff very friendly and kind. The pool is quite big and there was a bar by the pool open until 6pm making drinks and snacks. The beds were comfortable and my apartment had a nice view over a large balcony.

To be improved

I’d prefer a larger breakfast with options like yogurt for example. I’d prefer the housekeeping more attentive when they would clean the room mid-stay. In general terms the room was clean though.
