“Very clean, new and central apartment”

The best

Really nice apartment, very clean and everything new and modern. Cleaning supplies were provided, including a few tabs for the washing machine and the dishwasher. Also a few sachets/pods for coffee and some teabags. We reserved the carpark, which we would recommend as parking is not easy otherwise. The key is an app on your phone, so it's necessary to have a reliable phone. Communication with the host was also good. The apartment is very central and there is a nice cafe for breakfast right in front of the door.

Great, centrally-located apartment within walking distance of everything. The apartment is obviously very new, and decorated to a high standard, with a light and airy feeling. The shower was hot and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable.

To be improved

The host hadn't communicated how we would get the keys before we arrived and then wasn't available to give us keys at the time we had stated we would be arriving (3pm). We were exhausted after a lot of travelling, so waiting another hour and fifteen minutes was annoying - in fact we had to go and sleep in the car in the underground parking lot. When we did get in, the host asked when we would be leaving, and we told him we would be gone by 10am. In fact, we left around 9:30am, but he called me at just gone ten when we were on the motorway to ask if we had left already since he hadn't heard anything. He sounded annoyed that we hadn't told him we had left, but I've never been expected to do this before anywhere I've stayed. So, yes, the apartment is a very high quality and exceeded expectations, but the stay was tarnished a little by those interactions.
