We had a great stay in this spacious and bright apartment in Radazul, right by the beach and just a short drive from Santa Cruz de Tenerife. The location is fantastic—with beautiful ocean views—and having a parking spot that fit our big 7-passenger van was a real bonus. Parking in the area isn’t easy, so that made things much more convenient. The apartment itself has tons of natural light thanks to all the windows, and the layout worked really well for us. It has a nice master bedroom, two more bedrooms that comfortably sleep six people total, plus an extra office space in the back if you need to work a bit while on vacation. The finishes are modern and clean, and everything felt well taken care of. The three bathrooms (two full, one half) were also super helpful for a group. Wi-Fi was strong in every room, and the large TV with streaming apps was perfect for the kids. All the appliances worked without a hitch. Elena greeted us when we arrived and made us feel very welcome. She even left some bananas and a bottle of wine, which was a really nice touch. That said, the building itself is quiet, well-lit, and the elevator worked perfectly. If the AC situation were upgraded, this place would be pretty close to perfect. We still had a really good experience and would definitely come back.

To be improved

If I had to mention one thing that could be improved, it would be the air conditioning. There are only two small units—one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. The fans on both made some noise, which was a bit annoying at night, and only one of them seemed to cool properly at a time. The other two bedrooms and the office don’t have AC, so on warm summer nights, even with windows open, it might feel a bit warm for some.

The best

It was so stylish! Beautiful choice of furnishings which were a high quality. Excellent showers after a beach day and super clean. We loved that there was everything we could possibly need in the kitchen for making a good dinner, and detergent and dishwasher tablets. It was really generously and thoughtfully equipped. Super comfy beds and good quality towels! Tem, Elena and Victor couldn’t have don’t more to settle us in, give us a warm welcome (bottle of lovely white wine in the fridge!) and give us local recommendations. We’ll be back for sure.

“First time in Tenerife - wonderful stay!”

The apartment location is fantastic. We were met by Elena who gave us keys and showed us around. We were given lots and lots of ideas of things to see and do whilst we were there. The apartment is great, very spacious and would go back in a heartbeat!
