Unfortunately service at the Italian restaurant was terrible. It’s a shame as the food itself was great if and when you could get it. Also the attitude of the Some of the female staff was so poor it was shocking. Shame for the kitchen staff who serve great quality food.

“Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. The food was delicious, and there were plenty of different activities to choose from — tennis, paddle, volleyball, billiards. The water in the pools was pleasant — warm and slightly salty. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. The location is so beautiful - such a lovely and beautiful city.”

“All in all it was good!”

The best

The reception person (guy) was very polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble at all. The food was good and a variety for all however there were too many flies sitting on the food, the only covered areas were the cold meats. The beach is a short walk away (10 mins) with good snorkeling area's. You can book activities on the beach. We used the pool area late in the day and had no issues with finding a lounger. Evening entertainment available after 9:30 every night. There is free parking underground at no additional costs.

Food not being covered as there were so many flies.

“The Radission Blu Mogan was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us they were so friendly. The hotel facilities were excellent and pool area was spotless. Breakfast had an amazing array of food choices to cater for all tastes . The bedrooms were serviced daily to a very high standard and fresh towels were always left. The hotel is a 10 minute walk down to the main port of Mogan and there is a local bus stop just at the back of the hotel that will take you directly to the airport .bus no 91. This was our 2nd trip back to the Radission Blu in Mogan and we are already planning our 3rd trip back. It's just a fabulous hotel. · Cons: I have nothing negative to say about the Radission Blu Mogan it was excellent”
