Ramada by Wyndham Valencia Almussafes

My rate did not included breakfast, and we were not informed about that nor the price at any moment, during the checking or the access to the breakfast room. The breakfast experience was far from the charge price and especially disappointing to find out at check-out that we had a pending not planned charged. The receptionist apologized for not informing us on arrival and not confirming our room when accessing to the breakfast, but in any case, despite acknowledging their mistake they did not take any action to remedy it.

Comfortable rooms. Location outside the city. Breakfast spread below average. They had a separate layout in a different room for our group tour. It was below average. No one bothered to come and refill the layout. Never expected this from a brand like this

This Hotel was PATHETIC and the staff were rude and disrespectful. there was no fridge and the bath tub was very slippery i fell. the breakfast service had nothing to eat, not even fruit were available and we were ousted very rudely before we finished our food bc another touring group came for food even though the breakfast service was til 9am. the room was very congested and there wasn’t space to keep our luggage and the ac wasn’t working well. i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

A nice 3* hotel but not updated. No maintenance has been recently. 60 euro gorbtaxi from thrbairport in the night. Convenient for travelers to spend one night. Located in an industrial area and the back side rooms are very noisy because of a warehouse working even in the night. No shops or restaurants in walking distance but free parking.

We had to stay here due to our flight being cancelled with no notice. It was an emergency booking and one of only 4 option in the area. It’s far out of Valencia and on an industrial estate. No restaurant but staff kindly offered to order us a takeaway. It was terrible and delivery driver would only take cash. However not hotels fault - just bare this in mind if you are staying here. It has 2 pools and a gym - which was very useful as 4 of our party had to stay the following day. Rooms were basic but spacious and clean. Which is all we required. I have given the 4th star for the staff. They couldn’t be more accommodating despite being short staffed and run off their feet. As well as ordering for us they chased our Take-away, they booked our taxis back to the airport and organised an extended checkout. They did it with a smile and gracious manners. Thank you for being the Ray of sunshine in what was a very stressful situation for us!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but if you don't have a car it's probably not the best option, as it's very far from Valencia. It is located at an industrial area and there is only a few services arround. The room was good, spacious and clean. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was good, but the room is small and there weren't enough tables for everyone. Furthermore, the only 2 people working there were not enough to guarantee a moment of pleasure. The pool was nice and the water temperature was very good. It also has a large outdoor space. Parking is free, not very big, but you can also easily park arround.
