Very clean, nice a spacious, great value for money and had everything you needed

To be improved

I paid extra for a sea view, which you could only see from a small section of the balcony, very misleading and poor. I also paid extra for the premium apartment, as I preferred the pool area, however there was no toilet facilities, with 2 children with disabilities, this was difficult as we had to keep returning to our apartment around the corner to use the toilet. I complained to guest services, and ask to be moved, they took my mobile number twice, however I never received 1 call to discuss my upset.

“Excellent CLASSIC 2bed Apartment - PREMIUM 2bed apartment was rubbish not worth the extra cost.”

We booked 2 rooms - 1 x classic 2bed apartment and 1 x premium 2bed apartment for 1 week stay Friday to Friday The Classic apartment was AMAZING, great facilities, location with sea view and, large bedrooms each with a TV and storage, kitchen and living area where great. Very clean and well equipped. The Premium 2bed apartment was such a disappointment, old, out dated, not much equipment in the kitchen area, no TVs in the bedrooms and the living area had a very small space and TV. The apartment was riddled with ANTS. We complained to reception 3 times and asked to be moved to a more appropriate accommodation. They said the accommodation was fully booked until Tuesday (we arrived Friday) They promised to move us Tuesday and would be in contact - they never did and we couldn't be bothered to keep going back asking for things we needed or to be moved. Considering we paid 150EURO more than the Classic apartment for the premium it was NOT worth the extra cost, We weren't even offered any compensation, free drinks or refund for the total inconvenience to our trip.

PREMIUM Apartment was rubbish NOT worth the money.

The terrace, the kitchen, the proximity of the hotel to lots of white villages

To be improved

The onsite bars and restaurant and entertainment were disappointing and definitely did not meet the description. The entertainment finished at 11 and it was very low key. We booked the hotel especially for this reason and the kids club - I was glad we had a car so we could go to other places. Fuengirola is in walking distance but I wouldn't recommend walking as you are walking up and down a very busy motorway. The flat was not clean. The pools are very small and weren't maintained. Very early checkout.
