Ramada Residences by Wyndham Costa Adeje

We stayed in E802. The Penthouse above no 900 were extremely noisy and very loud into the night and children running around very early, twice sent an email asking to be moved which was ignored. Would not recommend staying here. A tired 2* resort in our opinion in need of upgrading. A lovely view and patio to stay on, but the bathroom stank of sewage and once water flow stopped completely. Topped with a fire alarm at 4.30am! Breakfast was the same everyday and not worth the €15.95 each charged. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great break even though I went when the area was experiencing storms ...room was spotless as was the grounds and leisure areas ,been before here enjoyed it. Accommodation is on a steepish hill so challenging walk ...but taxis are cheap 6 euros so great ...

In the whole apartment it was a mold smell. We asked at reception to clean the apartament again and change the unfunctional ventilation in the bathroom, but it was cleaned only where we specified. The bathrooms were covered in mold, see the pictures, even on the hairdryer we had mold. The kitchen was oily, the floors the same. Couch was very dirty. I do not recomand staying at this hotel and the attached pictures speak for themselves. The towels provided were very old. It was our mistake not asking from the very first day to change the room, as we discovered some of the issues next day. Don’t stay at this hotel, unless you want to ruin your whole holiday.

Great hotel with great facilities and great location. On sight shop excellent also. The staff were very helpful also. Will be back

The hotel was lovely,clean spacious good facilities nice staff the only problem was location it was too far from beach and all other shops etc

After initial problem with transfer ( no show ,recommendation from hotel,)we had a great welcome ,lovely drink at Romeys bar before checking out our great room overlooking the sea (wow ,what a balcony . Breakfast at Zachary’s was totally superb every single day great staff and food . Pool was heated and the pool bar had welcoming staff and fairly priced drinks and snacks . The reception staff were helpful with the return transfer and everything was fine Thanks for a great stay we will certainly return Michael and Jayne Bellfield
