“Perfect except the good service times”

Lack of service for food. They seemed to have their own timetable. On arrival we were told that we were too late for any food despite last orders being 10:30 and it was 9:30. Similarly leaving today I tried to get a sandwich at 15:10. Advertised lunch until 15:30. Told the kitchen had closed.

“Clean and tidy, but overall disappointing”

The best

As a flight medic I get to travel the world, and whilst this trip was ordinary I was relatively impressed with the hotel until i as told that I could not eat externally bought food at the bar. Lunch menu closes at 15:00 and the restaurant does not open until 20:00 - for my particular trip this was too late as I had an early start the following morning. Not exactly the service I'd come to expect from a chain hotel and I certainly will not be recommending this particular establishment to my insurance partners.

“Really enjoyable visit”

We spent a lot of time picking a hotel in this town and I'm glad we went for this one. If we ever go back, it would definitely be our choice again as it has an awful lot to offer. Location – very good. It is a 20 minute walk downhill into the port And 25 back as it is up a smallish hill. The benefits of being a little out of town though is that you get plenty of free parking very close by which is unusual in Spain. Wi-Fi – probably the only weakness I could think of. It was excellent in most areas especially the pool but didn't reach Our room W at all up on the top floor in the corner. I had to resort to using my personal hotspot which wasn't great. Accommodation – very comfortable indeed. The bed was a little on the small side but comfortable and we did sleep well. There is a safe, Excellent bathroom with great toiletries. Our room had been recently refurbished and it was very smart indeed. The air-conditioning was just about good enough and the balcony very nice to spend some time in the morning and in the evening. Food – we have breakfast included and it was very good indeed. A mixture of Hot things like bacon and sausage along with cooked meat, cheeses, yoghurt and pastries. It is a self service buffet which goes on till 11 so you can really work up an appetite to enjoy it. The coffee was excellent as was the fruit juice. Staff – everyone we came into contact with was very helpful indeed. Checking in took awhile as you have to fill in three forms which seemed a bit pointless one of which was to get a beach towel! Other than that, they were always quick with a smile and very helpful indeed. Pool area – absolutely lovely. It is quite big and there's lots of seating in both the sun and the shade. We never had any trouble getting two sun loungers together and there are other shaded seating areas that are very comfortable and have great views down over the port.

“Not as described, disappointing”

Very disappointed as its NOT an adult only hotel as stated, screaming kids everywhere, breakfast not great and sunbathing area quite small with not alot of sunbeds, pool is small aswell, clean and well kept though.

“Love this hotel”

The best

I love this hotel and this was my third visit and won’t be my last. The staff are so helpful, rooms lovely and clean and the views from the room and terraces are spectacular

“Espanola holiday”

The best

Outdoor areas, nice towels for pool, views, location, very quite and not many children, smallish pool, sunbeds available no putting towels out to reserve. Nice room, flavoured water to drink in reception

To be improved

Maids came too late in the afternoon to clean room, didn't wash cup or glasses up didn't fill up milks, coffee in room, put towels on floor to change they folded up and put back so I had to shower with damp dirty towel
