The best

The location is exceptional — right by the marina and the old town, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, with a strong sense of safety and good soundproofing. The smart features in the room, including the Japanese-style toilet and air conditioning, were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed for five weeks in the same room and were pleased with the regular cleaning service when we were away. The room always felt fresh upon our return.

To be improved

There’s only one elevator in the building, so we occasionally had to wait, though it was usually quick. Also, while the cleaning staff changed the linens and towels perfectly, it seemed the floor wasn’t always mopped, which was the only minor issue.
