Location is great, the AC is really good.

To be improved

The beds were really uncomfortable for me, but the couch was a 10/10 so i slept there, in the big bathroom the toilet didn't work so it was unusable. The doors and windows are noise transparent, you could hear someone even taking a p*ss outside so it was really hard to go to sleep. And the lift is so small even 2 persons could barely fit inside together.

“Large apartment with washing machine. We were able to access the apartment before the check in time. Elevator was small, but we were able to put one person in it with our luggage, it opens directly into the room. · Cons: We thought the outside area was part of our apartment, but it was a shared area on the rooftop. The street outside was really noisy.”

“I do not recommend this flat due to rude unfriendly host who doesn’t bother to help when you need”

Host unfriendly, unresponsive, rude , did not send checking instructions on time, did not respond to our emergency- someone tried to break into our apartment after midnight! There is no CCTV as advertised ??! We contacted them they read and did not respond! Loud area no way you could open windows at night

“Location · Cons: Dear Sir/Madam, Unfortunately, I have to inform you that our stay did not meet our expectations. A particularly unpleasant situation occurred when my 12-year-old son got stuck in the elevator, and it took us half an hour to get him out – with the help of tourists who had experienced a similar issue. Upon arrival, we were not welcomed with any kind of greeting, recommendations, or guidance, but rather with a list of rules, warnings about possible violations, and sanctions. The apartment itself also differs significantly from the presentation in the photos – they create the impression of a much more modern space and suggest that the terrace is part of the apartment, which is not the case. Unfortunately, the photos are misleading. I would also like to mention that we couldn’t sleep during the second and third night due to excessive noise from the apartment above us. Our child was very frightened at night, which made the experience even more stressful. Sadly, we are leaving with a rather negative impression. Before departure, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and documented everything with photos and videos – both upon arrival and before leaving – to have proof of the condition in which we received and left the apartment.
