“Really lovely place to stay”
The best

Fantastic stay. Great property and perfect for a couple looking for a relaxing place set back from the main town. Sits at the top of the hill so has fantastic views. Pool area is lovely and the little bar is great to have access to.

The location, the view from the balcony, and the pool area were great. The host was very welcoming and friendly, and responded quickly.

To be improved

It was musty and not clean. There was someone’s hair everywhere and a lot of spiders.

Absolutely everything. The quiet location with a view of the sea and Gibraltar. Close to Mercado and fine eating. Very modern and comfortable. Well supplied with amenities including a washing machine. We loved this place and will be back.

The best

The location was perfect for a family get together. The studio was very comfortable with great views and the attention to detail of what might be needed during a stay was spot on! Will be back.

“A fab week in a lovely apartment!”
The best

Great apartment with a lovely sea view within a secure gated complex. Fridge had 2 large bottles of water on our arrival and even though we didn’t really cook the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to (other than an oven I think). towels and cleaning products provided too (which I thought I might have to buy from supermarket). Well thought out space, comfortable bed and a lovely pool area which had a snack bar and friendly staff! Only 30 mins from Malaga airport in taxi and 5-10 min walk to nearest shop. Attentive hosts who responded really quick to my messages. Would definitely stay again if coming back to La Cala area.

To be improved

We struggled with taxis finding the location a couple of times, but we used Uber most of the time and found it easier to drop a pin to the location rather than type the address which seemed to work better after a few failed attempts!
