The second bedroom is a little small and needs more ventilation

Reasonable communication only until check-in. The stay turned into a nightmare afterward. After the first night, I requested toilet paper, trash bags, and an extra blanket. Since I was with my pregnant wife, a small child, and an elderly person, we wanted to move to the living room to sleep there. The request was denied. All the bedrooms had a pervasive smell of mildew, dampness, and mold. I discovered that every mattress had urine stains on both sides. In the master bedroom, we had to remove cockroaches daily. When I reported this to the owners, I was informed that our belongings would be thrown out of the apartment. Our trip became a nightmare. We left the apartment four nights early and received no refund. Horrible experience.
