4th level via the steps

The apartment was on 4th floor and no elevator/old building. Would be helpful to have this information in room description

It's three levels of steps up to the apartment, so keep that in mind and prepare your fitness! Despite the host communicating with us numerous times in the days before we checked in, the company/host still managed to mix up our keys so we couldn't check in upon arrival. We were exhausted after a full day of travelling including a delayed flight. With so many texts between us, we have no idea why you wouldn't double-check the key to make sure it works, if you've been at or near the accommodation all day! The bathroom is a strange shape and the shower is tiny, neither of us could manage to actually wash ourselves properly. The shower goes cold and stays cold if you flush the toilet at the same time. My 6 foot 3 inch tall husband found it difficult to fit into the toilet area? Basically, it's a very small bathroom space - it ends up being a wet room so just wipe down the whole room after a shower.
