TI have been charged $200 Euro for deposit as I was not told before. They told the refund will be done 1 week or 10 days after my stay but I still do not get my refund yet today ( Jul 9, 2025). I have been contact them so many time but still no answer yet. Also I try to go through booking.com but no response too.

First of all you need to know that there is security deposit 300€ and if you want to return it back you need to take out the garbage. It is very strange, because in the price of the apartment included cleaning 120€. Cleaning was very poor and I needed to clean every surface with wet wipes to start use it. Also, all appliances were in the bad condition. The refrigerator had dents on the exterior and cracks inside. The kettle was rusty and had a broken lid, and there was visible mold inside the air conditioners. All plumbing needs to be changed. In the bathroom I found this rug with a lot of black mold!

Parking and the elevator is too small.

Very expensive for what it turned out to be. The apartment is OK and clean but very dated, could do with some painting, and everything provided was the cheapest of the cheap: horrible quality towels and sheets, beds only had a very thin sheet and no duvets, cheap toiletries, cheap toilet paper, no tea towel, no courtesy teas or coffees, no extras like milk or bread that are often provided in other similarly priced apartments. I expected more for the high price we paid.
