We got given the wrong codes on arrival to the gate, we eventually found it by reading through the manual

To be improved

We were a family of 5 and they hadn’t set up a 5th bed or left enough towels . We also had to clean the shower as it flooded because the plug was blocked with hair. They took a £750 cleaning deposit off us on arrival, which I hope we get all of the money back!

Room services actually charges your credit card for deposit and refunds. They do not hold a preauthorised code ( as most other hotels/car rental companies do) This means if you have a non EUR card you will be left out of pocket due to exchange rate movements. This is not highlighted in their t&cs etc
