How cold it was. There was no toilet roll. There was a night club down from my window so you could hear people most of the night. There wasn’t extra blankets and there was a draft in the room. Outside the room had all these wood pallets lying around in the common area.

It need a bit of up grade

The AC machine had a leak, ventilation and shower drain had a smell, the floor was dirty, we noticed some bugs, disrupting noises from the street in the night, no pillows on the sofa bed.

Apartment was very dirty and had a humidity and horrible smell I asked the host to change the room and she never got back to me. The worst customer service as well

Had to spend time getting the flat fixed - Sheets / duvet / pillow missing - Flat was cold at night . The electric oil heater needs a clean . Toilet fan not working . Shower seals broken were replaced . Door knob in toilet had to be fixed Not clean - had to get the sofa bed cover changed as was dirty . Floor dirty - found the mop but was damp and smelly did report and was changed. It is just above a noisy night club so very noisy with loud music upto 3-4 am If you have children or a light sleeper will find it hard to sleep due to the nightclub noise outside Also bedroom window villa a lot of dust - needs a clean

This could be so much better. First the bedding. Bed itself was comfortable but the sheets didn't fit in the bedroom, the pillows were bad and there was just a sheet and comforter for the futon. $100 in bedding would make it so much nicer. The decoration is a bit sterile.
