“Our stay was disrupted by persistent noise, unexpected fee demands, and an unfair charge for our two”

Our overall stay was fine, but the noise from above the ceiling kept occurring periodically and disrupted our sleep. Meanwhile, the property owner bombarded us with messages, demanding payment for $50 euro reservation fees that had never been mentioned before. We didn’t see these messages until we returned to the States, but by then, the owner had already taken action by charging us for a third guest—roughly $100. However, I was traveling with my wife and our two-year-old baby. He knew the 'third person' was a toddler, yet he still chose to unfairly charge us.
