Really helpful staff and friendly service.
Lovely peaceful setting.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
A little bit of luxury on the Camino.
Big room.
Breakfast was tasty and fresh.
“A treat along the Camino 5* !”
Beautiful place to stay - just off the Camino Invierno route, but worth the detour - even in baking heat! We were the only guests staying. It was so good & the lovely lady ( didn’t catch her name) prepared us a gorgeous evening meal which we enjoyed in the shady courtyard with a couple of beers & a glass of wine. The following morning my daughter left her power bank & we couldn’t turn back as had been hiking for 2 hrs - the lovely lady arranged for it to be driven all the way to our next stop in Chantada - so very kind & very much appreciated. Highly reccommend a night here.
It’s a beautiful property. We were there in a heatwave - air con or a fan would have helped sleeping - but weather was exceptionally hot!
“Fantastic property full of character · Cons: Restaurant was closed and owner could only provide tack away”

“A characterful place with a good kitchen. Go on a day when the restaurant is open”
A huge house and garden, once used by priests and restored over many years by two families. Not surprisingly, the history of the place is very present. The bedroom was large, clean and comfortable and the bathroom modern. The well known local restaurant was closed the day we were there, but we knew this in advance and Rosa had us a menu from which she would prepare an evening meal for us to eat alone in the courtyard, with a bottle of wine. Both were delicious. Rosa speaks good English, which was a great help and she was a great host. It was a really interesting place to stay.
Nothing.
“Amazing place and beautifully located. Staff super friendly and accommodating! · Cons: Specifically the pillows. Like in a lot of places in Spain, they don't know the meaning of comfy pillows!”
