Red Apartment Lloret

Sadly, the WiFi didnt work and when I reached out to the owner, I didn‘t get a response even tho I asked at the very beginning of our stay.

Nothing was wrong with the apartment and I only encountered two issues. One was that there isn't really any free parking. There is a parking underneath the building but it's for hotel guests at the hotel behind the apartment and gated, meaning you have to reverse up a steep, narrow incline to get back to the road. There is street parking, but never any spaces, so you have to use the car park just along the road, which is €20 a day so not bad. The other issue was the hotel behind the apartment - the balcony looks on to it. It has rotating groups of young people who yell loudly and screech like a troop of monkeys until about two every morning. Or, on a Thursday, drag huge speakers onto their balconies and play loud, obnoxious and applaingly bad music until the same kind of time in the morning. Honestly, it's more like a zoo than a hotel in that place opposite. But it is a nice apartment and very comfy and well located. I'll definitely stay there again as you can't grumble about it for the price.

- Location, it's right next to the insane youth hostel/dormitory/whatever, where drunk and high teenagers are gonna be making noise through the night. I don't have anything against youth and joy and partying, but If you're looking for a nice and quiet stay, this is NOT your option - AC, the air conditioner was only working ok in the bedroom. In the living room, it was just like a fan. We set it to Cool, to 16, and it never got a degree cooler in the room - Washing machine, spin dry was not working. All our clothes were wet, water never drained from the machine - Customer support/assistance, pretty much non existent. Which really felt bad. In the greeting message, the property owner/operator said we can ask any questions, and then none were addressed. We asked about what would be the best food store to go to, and the answer was that the closest store is 100 meters away. We asked about the non-functioning AC, and the answer was how to use the remote as if we don't know what's Cool and how to set the temperature. We complained about the non-working washing machine, and the answer was 'I'll arrange for the technician to come tomorrow', and no technician ever showed up, although I asked again. - All in all, if we talk value for money, it's hardly worth the price
