It was quite perfect for us, we stayed here a week while working online, internet is fast, the rooms are close to the pool which is nice if you feel like taking a break, neighbourhood is calm and clean, perfect for running in the evening, has some restaurants and shops, good view of palma, and pretty close if you rent a car you can get to palma in ~20 minutes as well as some popular beaches. The house is pretty big so it didnt feel crowded, they have some friendly animals and staff was super nice. House also feels well designed and cozy to hang out in

Bed is could have been comfier but its not bad, just okay.

The hosts were very nice and responsive!

To be improved

The room was on floor 1 near the communal area. Rooms are not sound proof at all so we were woken up pretty early. The towels could be newer. Bathroom was a bit messy, hair on the floor, and the shower curtain had mildew on it.

I think it’s my fault, but when I made the booking, I didn’t notice a clear description stating that it was a room with a shared bathroom rather than a private unit. The room couldn’t be locked from the outside, only from the inside. So when we left for an hour or two, it remained open. It’s not necessarily good or bad — I just wasn’t prepared for that. Also, the bedsheets were clearly quite old. I totally understand that this is a family home, but I think it would be nice to replace them — they were pilled. Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable night for me, although the host herself is an absolutely lovely and wonderful woman.
