This was disappointing, as a comfortable bed is an essential part of any stay. The bathroom was well-maintained and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a brand-new hairdryer. But we did notice that the hot water supply was limited; after about 10 minutes of showering, the water would turn cold. When we reached out to the accommodation via Booking.com for assistance regarding the hot water issue, we received little to no help, which was a letdown in terms of customer service. With a few improvements, especially in terms of the bed and customer service, this could be an outstanding place to stay!
