Host got in touch in a timely fashion. Lovely apartment, very spacious, WiFi, chromecast, large fridge and freezer, lovely shower with good pressure, garage. Quiet and family friendly

To be improved

We didn’t know the ants would be such an issue - easily addressed tho. No air con but fan did the job, we weren’t sure about getting in touch for clean towels/more bin bags

Close to centre of el medano with lovely cafes etc - nice large parking space in underground garage

To be improved

Next to building site and work on pool area of complex whilst there making relaxing difficult - bedding didn’t fit bed correctly so uncomfortable and pillows need changing

“Highly recommended!”

The best

The place was easy to find and well located (close to the shops, beaches, cafes and restaurants). The apartment was clean, bright and cozy. The bed was comfy. The kitchen was equipped enough so that we could cook there without any problems. We spent great time at this place relaxing and enjoying El Medano. We would definitely come back again (for a little bit longer next time!).

To be improved

The only con was few dirty dishes in the cabinet, but I guess it's the previous guests who left it in this state.

“Spotless, well-equipped and quiet apartment in a fantastic location”

The best

Our stay at Refreshing Oasis was pleasant. The instructions for key collection were detailed and clear, complete with pictures, making it easy to find our way. The apartment was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, and very well-maintained. Recently renovated, it was equipped with everything we needed, and the tasteful décor made it feel even more inviting. The space looked exactly as depicted in the photos, which was reassuring. We were welcomed by exceptional cleanliness and, without any special request, were even provided with a parking space in the underground garage. The apartment is quiet, with no street noise, and its location is great — just a short walk to the ocean and a few minutes to the nearest shop. Additionally, Tenerife South Airport is conveniently close, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Though our stay was brief, the apartment met all our expectations perfectly. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-appointed place to stay in El Médano.
