“Dreadful. Unsafe electrics. Smoking apartment. Not suitable for family”

To be improved

Electricals unsafe - socket casing 2nd bedroom fell off wall. When pull out 2nd single bed the door doesnt shut and had to move other furniture out. Stank of cigarettes when advertised as non smoking, especially double room - which also had a wire stuck out of wall. Should not be advertised as 1 double, 2 singles and non smoking. Tiny space too for 4 people. Mould on walls. Disappointing for money paid. Asked for refund due to unsafe but owner refused, very unhelpful...told us not to touch when we needed to sleep in there. Then ignored our call....Promised to fix Electrics Tuesday but did nothing.
