Refurbished and bright-Pool-1Bed 1Bath-Chueca

The price of this property is not justified given the state the property is in. We came in and were shocked about how different the accommodation looked compared to the photos online. It reeked of cigarettes the whole time we were there, the apartment was dusty, there were stains all over bedding, the sofa bed broken…the only option was to sleep on an incline. The kitchen also reminded us of a hostel. There was no soap, dirty dishes and no garage bin. We truly couldn’t wait to get out of here. Save your time and money and book at one of the other hotels down Gran Via, which are the same prices as this dump or cheaper. We truly feel scammed by this listing. BEWARE!

at the check-in, we didn't really know where to go. apparently, the address is the office address, and they have different apartments in the area, so we had to walk with our luggage from the adaption to the office and only there they gave us the address. I guess it doesn't need to happen, but it did to us. also, the place has two keys (door and building) and only one from each, so I was difficult to split. could be easier to get 2-3 keys.
