Regency Country Club, Apartments Suites

myself and friends visited the hotel in March and although the weather wasn’t ideal on the hilltop the hotel was very accommodating and great staff on reception to help with anything we needed (taxis etc.) The apartment was lovely although some amenities were not present and/or things broken (no iron but an ironing board and the balcony doors were not very secure). Overall, I would stay here again and the pool was beautiful, even the view on the balcony. would definitely recommend in the future.

Fabulous , we have travelled around the world to many places and the warm genuine welcome and professional customer service received by Juan , Patricia & Bruno all the team is simply world class The bar & cleaning staff are so friendly , thorough & helpful. I have noticed the odd comment about the decor being dated however I would say it is Traditional . We have stayed in modern contemporary hotels that are sterile and lack any atmosphere. The infinity swimming pool with pool bar is amazing and has a great team led by Rodrigo - Will definitely be staying again - Well done to everyone at the Regency 👏👏

Dive, this is not 4 stars, imagine you have to give 24 hours notice to get your room cleaned, we never got champagne on arrival, this place is out dated and to far away from anywhere. We were also told that the chef was sick and there would be no food served . Toilets were leaking and broken shower trays. The balcony door was broken and you could not open it. Even the TV remote had black tape on it. AC button broke off the panel on the wall. I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else. I've stayed in better 2 star accommodation . : We stayed 5 nights at the Regency Country Club in Chayofa and absolutely loved it. From the moment we arrived and received our welcome drinks, everything felt welcoming. We stayed in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment, which had a spacious lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 large bathrooms and 1 ensuite shower. Also had three balconies with table chairs and loungers. The pool area was ideal for chilling, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great value — beers around £3 and cocktails £7 The overall vibe is quiet and chilled, perfect for unwinding. The only small improvement could be a bit more daytime entertainment around the pool, but this didn’t detract from our stay at all. Would we recommend it? 100%! A fantastic spot for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay ar the Regency. It was not crowded and the facilities such as the the amazing swimming pool including jacuzzi, playground for the children, midget golf were great. The minidisco with Luis and Ocimeia was great. Our daughters enjoyed a lot. We had great weather in February which helped a lot. Great escape from the winter in the Netherlandsz

Spent 5 days at this hotel. The property itself was ok. The location not so good if you want to be in close proximity to amenities. We had to keep getting taxis to visit places such as Los Cristianos costing roughly 10 euros each way. There are no local buses outside or in close vicinity of the property. Not too far from the hotel is a very small grocery store and a local restaurant. The terrain outside the property is on hill so come prepared to hike! The rooms were very tired and outdated. Not very clean and if you want your room cleaned and towels changed you need to request it otherwise it wont get done. Have to say they didn't really clean just a case of changing the towels. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Although we did have a cockroach issue in one of our rooms and when enquiring with reception to sort it, nobody came so we ended up having to remove them ourselves. We wanted to extend our room on the last day but that wasn't possible as the property was fully booked. There are showers and luggage storage (charge was 8 euros for 7 hours) you can use if your flight is later in the day.
