Reina Sofia Boutique I

We did not stay in Reina Sofia in the end as there was some king of water leakage from upstairs. We were offered another place, very nice, cosy and super located. Staff was very helpful. The only problem, but not caused by the accomodation, was that right under pur window was a city tent with some auitw noisy videos… it was there just for a couple of days…

First, location. This apartment is right in the middle of Lavapies. 15 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor and Gran Via. 3 minutes to the Metro. The neighborhood is filled with diverse and delicious restaurants: Indian/Pakistani, African, Asian, and of course, typical Spanish. Lots of neiborhood bars and restaurants to choose from. Second, the apartment. It is very quiet inside. Easy access with electronic and physical keys. It is quite large, with confortable furniture. The beds are very comfortable as well. A/C and ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need. The dishwasher and washing machine are great additions. The host was very easy to work with, and was able to allow us an early check-in. Overall great stay, and we would stay here again!

The property was clean and just like in the pictures. The building is not renovated but it’s calm and no issues were encountered. In the apartment we found cutlery, plates, boiler, etc. all the necessary to have breakfast at home and even pads for the dishwasher and washing machine. The location seemed wicked coming from Atocha–Atocha station but it’s actually 2 minutes away from Lavapies metro station, in a 10-min walking distance from many many bars and restaurants. Optimal if you like walking to visit the city.

It was very spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms - excellent for sharing with a friend. It was well equipped and in a good location, close to a Metro station and shops. Very clean and pleasant.
