“Overpriced and underwhelming”

The location was great. The owner was a nice guy and brought us some extra kitchen utensils when we asked and bedside lamps.

To be improved

There was no oven, most of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and we had to wash them before we used them, the induction job was good, but most pots were not induction compatible. The single beds were uncomfortable. There was a lack of basic utensils in the kitchen the owner brought some after we asked, but overall it still lacked. The walls were grubby and not like the photos in the pictures. The bedding didn’t fit into the mattress well and I would often wake up sleeping directly onto the mattress and the sheets kept moving. The house also didn’t feel secure as none of the windows had locks on them including the French doors onto the balcony. The only way to access the balcony was to walk through a bedroom which wasn’t ideal when people were trying to sleep of get dressed after a shower. Overall the price paid was definitely not worth it and I would not stay in this property again. It has real potential, it just needs some TLC from the owner.

“Very good”

The best

Location is very good with easy access to the beaches and supermarkets and restaurants. You have a bit of sea view from the terrace too, and a nice patio in the shade if the sun gets too strong. Apartment is good sized and kept reasonably clean.

To be improved

the apartment is pretty basic but functional It could definitely do with some maintenance to re-decorate the walls for example. Both the landlord and the agency were a bit slow at replying/reacting to any questions or issues. We found out the shower was not fully functional on day one and it only got fixed after one week. First floor bedroom doors cannot be locked, they came to fix it but couldn't. The TV didn't have remote and they did nothing about it. Nothing major but there is definitely room for improvement.
