I booked this apartment for my boyfriend and his mum. We had let the owner know that they would arrive at 3PM to pick the keys. There was some messaging back and forth saying that they had to call a technician to fix something on the bathroom and that it would take them 30 minutes more to arrive. My boyfriend and his mum ended up going into the apartment one hour later or so than expected, and the apartment was unclean. He then met up with the owner of the building spontaneously , and she said that they people that had the ad on booking weren’t allowed to rent it for tourists. Again, there’s people PAYING to stay an absurd amount for this lodging and it’s really not worth it.
