“A simple apartment in a beautiful quiet village with fantastic hiking opportunities”

The best

The host kindly allowed us to check in early. It was easy to find the house. The host met us to handover the key and show us the apartment. We could unload the car directly at the door and park 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was on the 2nd floor. It was light and spacious. It was simply furnished. The bed was slightly narrower than normal (I think 140cm wide rather than 160 cm wide). The equipment provided was a little old and the kitchen equipment was quite minimal (did not include things like toaster, wine galsses, electric kettle etc.). The WiFi was excellent. There was a sunny terrace with beautiful views. There were also lovely views from the windows. The village was quiet and friendly. There was a bread shop and a butcher 2 minutes walk away. The nearest supermarket was a 10-15 minute drive. There were many wonderful hikes either directly from the village or a short drive away. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment, especially experiencing quiet village life and the beautiful mountains.

To be improved

If the equipment was modernized/improved and there was a sun shade for the terrace, then the score should be higher.
