Renovated Seaviews Paradise Court

I rented apartment no. 85 in Costa Adeje. Our experience – VERY BAD!! 1. Uncomfortable conditions and lack of rest • The bed was extremely uncomfortable, smelly, dirty linen, making sleep impossible. • Bright light from the street lighting that hit directly on the window, without proper curtains (just a piece of red, transparent cloth). 2. Superficial cleanliness and unpleasant odors • The bathroom had a bad sewage smell and the shower had problems with the drain. • Only one half-used toilet roll and no other essential products (not even hand soap). • The kitchen was sticky, with grease marks everywhere, a sign that it had been cleaned in a hurry. • The sofa in the kitchen was old, dirty, greasy and smelled like urine, we didn't dare sit on it. • Dust and dirt were everywhere, including on the furniture. 3. Insufficient amenities and old furniture • Only one glass of wine and a few glasses of water, which shows a lack of interest in the comfort of the guests. • The balcony was large, with a decent view, but furnished with old and dirty chairs and table.

- we were required a pre-deposit (that was returned after the checkout) - the bed wasn't comfortable and it kept squicking at every single move during the night - we are used to having a special sheet for the blanket, but here it was a simple bed sheet (or it wasn't at all, depending on what exactly was the purpose of that single bed sheet) - we didn't have any consumables in the bathroom, like soap or shampoo (which was unexpected, especially given the price we paid for the holiday there) - we lacked a mirror in the apartment (the single mirror was in the bathroom) to be able to see ourselves in full (not just the upper body)

There are a lot of hills and steps, but considered this useful for burning off excess calories from the nice food eaten in very good local restaurants!

Nothing at all to say about this great stay !!!!

Fans were poor causing the rooms heat too be unbearable , when notified the owner we were told too open a window (they were all open). Beds were not comfy. Asked for an additional €300 security deposit the day before we were due too stay because of our age even though when booking it was over 21s. Location was very uphill . Front door was axed in from the fire brigade due too previous guest being locked in the bedroom , owner knew about this atleast 3 days prior to our stay and door was not fixed , we had too lock ourselves in the apartment as it was the only way the door could stay shut making it a safety hazard
