Good location with the shopping centre across the road which has a large supermarket within. A few nice restaurants close by too, and good proximity to tram and metro, along with short walk to the beach. The shared pool area was fantastic with plenty of sun loungers. Kids loved the pool!

To be improved

Not that well equipped kitchen. Normally you’d have olive oil, salt and pepper etc. Also a bit short on utensils and no Tupperware. Walls a bit grubby.

Poor customer service - we couldn’t get into the pool area. We called and were then told the pool key was lost. This should have been picked up before our arrival. No solution offered apart from compensation. Not good enough for a company this size.
