The best

The apartment was in a central location, easy to access La Rambla, Passieg de Gracia and transportation. We enjoyed walking around and shopping the many fashion stores and had some great meals. The management company provides a help line and they immediately answered our call when we had issues with the virtual key to enter the building. Once we figured it out it was a convenient way to enter the building without carrying a key everywhere. We did pick up a key left in the apartment that got us entry into the two street level doors when used with the app to get into the apartment. We felt safe and secure! The apartment was a perfect size for our three adults (my husband and I and our 29 year son). It was really nice to relax some after a very busy two week trip around Southern France and Costa Brava.

To be improved

We were sent an email link to access their automated door lock. It was rather confusing and didn't have complete instructions on the site or their app (we weren't the only ones confused).

“A great stay spoilt by poor customer service”

Location was great

To be improved

Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful both before and after my stay. I had to chase them repeatedly for information, which caused unnecessary stress and extra costs for luggage storage. Overall, poor communication and support made the experience frustrating.
