The pool was freezing ( it was January)

Check in- we were clear in our intention to meet the agent at the property to check in at 3pm but ended up having to call him and wait for him to arrive. Pillows  - only 3 very thin pillows for 2 of us.  A couple more would have been better. Bedding - only one set of sheets for a week and a very small blanket. Would have been nice to have a spare set so we could change them and a blanket that fully covered the bed as the nights were a bit chilly. Towels - again only one hand towel and one bath towel per person for a week. Why not provide a few more? Shower  - worst shower head ever. Sprayed water everywhere except where it  was wanted. Flooded the bathroom floor every time we used it Water heater  - way too small for size of accommodation.  Couldn't have 2 hot showers back to back without waiting for water to heat up again.. Water heater   -again- leaked and had clearly been temporarily fixed but not properly.  Why not just fix the leaking hose? Floors - absolutely filthy.  We cleaned them on 2nd day and the water was black, so they clearly hadn't been cleaned prior to our arrival yet we were asked to ensure we left the apartment clean.

Some people might not like the traffic noise but didn't really bother me.
