“unventilated apartment that you wanted to run away from”
The best

The apartment has everything you need for life. Personal parking space. The maintenance company provided a fan at the first request. Nearby there are beaches and restaurants.

To be improved

A stuffy unventilated apartment that you wanted to run away from. It was 28 degrees in the bedroom with the fan on. The windows of the bedroom overlook the passageway and you can hear every passing neighbor. Neighbors who can yell at 2am. The beaches are muddy but you can swim at low tide. We travel with a child and therefore the lack of elevator is also a significant disadvantage, as to carry a stroller and bags of groceries was problematic.
