Rentalmar Aries Plus

In the pictures, you see a beautiful, white apartment. What do you get? Dirty, hair everywhere, mold on the walls, dirty linens, towels were supposed to be white but they are gray (and not because of the color, but because of the dirt and amount of use). I've been traveling regularly for over 15 years, but this is the first time I've seen such a horror on booking. They take a 200€ deposit to get you back a clean apartment, but do they rent it clean? NO! We checked in and they were cleaner than we got! You will be disgusted to be there, because as soon as you go in - you will smell cigarettes and freshener, which we for 3 days and could not eradicate! The safe did not open, to my messages and requests, no one responded! Do you want a good vacation? Run away from these apartments, believe me it's not even worth your 1€! I have been traveling for over 15 years but this is horrible! You will encounter scammers and terrible service!!! As soon as we walked into the apartments - it smelled awful with cigarettes and mold! The apartment was filthy! There is huge mold on the walls! The shower stall did not open fully and it was good that I am thin and could get in! The towels are gray, but that's because they are old and worn! The bedding was stained and there was hair all over the floor. But the worst thing is that we paid 200€ deposit for that…!

The toilet flush wasn't working. The technician tried to mislead us. He tried a fix, but the flush kept making noise all night, disturbing our sleep. I tried to complain to reception but there was no response.
